Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Victoria is a dedicated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a passion for helping people move better, recover faster, and live pain-free. With a strong background in sports injury rehabilitation and musculoskeletal health, she specialises in guiding clients through every stage of their physical journey; from injury prevention to full recovery and performance optimisation.
Victoria currently works as the National Physiotherapist at The Massage Company, where she provides clinical and operational leadership support across multiple centres nationwide. She maintains an active clinical practice alongside her leadership responsibilities, ensuring her work remains grounded in current, hands-on patient care.
Victoria has extensive experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries, tendon pathologies, articular conditions, pre & post-surgical rehabilitation, and persistent pain conditions. She is experienced in managing both acute and complex musculoskeletal presentations, using a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to help patients reduce pain and restore function.
She works with individuals of all activity levels, from athletes aiming to return to peak performance, to those recovering from surgery, or anyone seeking to restore confidence in their movement.
What sets Victoria apart is her holistic approach. She understands that true rehabilitation involves not just addressing the physical symptoms but identifying and treating the root causes of pain or dysfunction, considering the psychological impacts of injury, pain and recovery. She is trained in Clinical Pilates and incorporates Pilates principles into rehabilitation programmes by blending tailored exercises, manual and movement strategies, and education to help clients regain function, build strength, and prevent future setbacks.
Victoria’s ethos is rooted in personalised care. She takes the time to listen, understand her clients’ goals, and create treatment plans that fit seamlessly into their lifestyle. Whether supporting an athlete returning to competition, an office worker managing back pain, or someone wanting to stay active later in life, her aim is always to empower clients to take control of their recovery and feel stronger, more mobile, and more confident.
She holds a Master of Physiotherapy (MSc) from London South Bank University, following a (BSc) in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation from Middlesex University. Her clinical training included placements across trauma and orthopaedics, intensive care, neurological rehabilitation, community rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal services throughout London.
Victoria is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
Outside of the treatment room, Victoria enjoys being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, travelling the world and being anywhere near the ocean.
